(Two Sundays a month, 3 hour commitment) A typical member of our parking team is friendly, durable, and prompt. We view our parking team as an extension of our greeting team, but in the parking lot. This may mean walking an umbrella out to a guest on a rainy day or offering a steady arm in the snowy months.
(Two Sundays a month, 2 hour commitment) A typical usher is kind, flexible, and confident. Ushers might help distrubite communion elements, collect the offering, and help new guests find a seat who might have been a little late to church.
(Two Sundays a month, 3.5 hour commitment) A Typical Cafe Team member is organized, clean, and prepared. These team members arrive early to prep the coffee, water, and treats for our church family on Sunday mornings. They fuel the flame!
(Two Sundays a month, 3 hour commitment) A typical member of the Welcome Table Team is outgoing, organized, and relational. These team members serve at our Welcome Table in the lobby where BOTH first time guests receive more info and regular attenders sign up for events.
(Two Sundays a month, 3 hour commitment) A typical prayer team member is faithful, wise, and spirit-led. Our prayer team members make themselves available for prayer at the end of church services near the altar / front of the stage.
(Commitment TBD) A typical safety team member is observant and protective. We are thankful for the members of our Safety Team. NOTE: You must have a background check on file to be on the Safety Team.
(Three Sundays a Month, 4 hour commitment) A typical Van Ministry member is prompt, flexible, and steady. Those on the van ministry help pick up people around Clare County who need a ride to church, using the church van.
(Two Sundays / Wednesdays a month, 3-4 hour commitment) A typical Hospitality Team member is clean, kind, and welcoming. These team members help host, cook, and prepare for many of our meals at church, including New Friends Lunch and Wednesday Night Meals.
(Days Vary, 2 hour weekly commitment) A typical facilities team member is flexible, willing, and able. These team members serve our church family by setting up or tearing down for events at the church. Some events include but are not limited to: Wednesday Night Meals, New Friends Lunch, Food Distribution.

We aspire to give Jesus our very best in our worship and lifestyle with Wednesday evening rehearsals and Sunday morning soundchecks. (Two-Four Sundays a Month + Wednesday Evening Rehearsals, 6 hour time commitment) A typical vocalist on our worship team is spirit-led, musical, and confident. Singing on the worship team is a great way to help lead our church into the presence of the Lord every Sunday morning. Along with a Wednesday Evening Rehearsal, we also have a Sunday Soundcheck. (Two-Four Sundays a month, 5 hour commitment) A typical tech team member is task-oriented, observant, and teachable. The tech team covers all that include sound, lyrics, lighting and live stream. No prior knowlege needed, just a willing and teachable heart. Though Wednesday Evening Rehearsals are not requried, they are encouraged to enchance the Sunday Worship Experience. The Sunday Soundcheck is required to best serve our church.

A typical kids worship team member is spirit-led, passionate, and teachable. We believe in raising up the next generation of worshipers. This is why we have a worship experience taylored for the kids. Positions on the Kids Worship Team could include guitar, keys, bass, drums, vocals, or doing hand motions. Those working the Kids Check In man our check in station, where parents can check their kids into our Kids Ministry (Nursery, PreK-1, 2nd-6th). All Kids Volunteers must have a background check on file in order to serve.
(Two Sundays a month, 4 hour commitment) A typical member of the Nursery Team is loving, kind, and patient. Providing a nursery allows our church to serve multiple generations, both parent and child, with the love of Jesus Christ. All Kids Volunteers must have a background check on file in order to serve.
(Two Sundays a month, 3 hour commitment) A typical teacher or helper for our PreK-1K class is loving, patient, and enthusiastic. We have a wonderful class, full of crafts, snacks, games, and lessons, all designed to meet our kids where they are at. All Kids Volunteers must have a background check on file in order to serve.
(Two-Three Sundays a month, 4 hour commitment) A typical Kids Church volunteer is passionate, loving, and spirit-led. Kids Church is where it's at! Be ready for upbeat praise music, goofy skits, fun crafts, and the Bible brought to life. All Kids Volunteers must have a background check on file in order to serve.
(Two-Three Sundays a month, 5 hour commitment) A typical Youth Team member is steady, outgoing, and kind. The youth team serves our Youth Group, grades 6-12, which meets every Sunday after service. Be ready for group discussions, hard topics, and crazy games. All youth team members need a background check on file in order to serve.
(Two-Four gatherings a month, 3 hour weekly commitment) A typical small group leader is biblically-sound, outgoing, and steady. Small groups are where the church enters the home: bread is broken, stories shared, the Bible discussed. Small group leaders differ from a small group host because they typically lead or oversee the teaching portion of our small groups. It is possible for someone to be both Small Group Leader AND Host, but not required.
(Two-Four gatherings a month, 3 hours a week commitment) A typical Small Group Host is hospitable, kind, and outgoing. They are reponsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and usually a main dish for a meal (though group members can bring side dishes to share). A Small Group Host differs from a small group leader by offering their home as a place to gather for the small group. It is possible to be both leader and host, but not required.
